Three Seasons 1 of 3, 2005
54" x 54" ink, oil and latex on canvas

Originally created to support a local women's group, this work debuted in an alley during the summer of 2005.
These works are big; the power of their presence is not done justice on the internet, which balances the frailty of the figure-image itself.
The figures are screen prints of charcoal sketches done a few years prior, thereby creating an interestingly perfect repetition of a quickly rendered sketch.
Difficult to make out in the photo, the small image on raw canvas is actually sewn into the larger work.
